September is here and so is football season and farmer’s markets. There is still time to enjoy the weather and events here in Central Ohio before we start preparing ourselves for another Ohio winter. Check out these local events happening this month…

New Albany Farmers Market

When: Thursdays 4-7pm August 7, 14, 21, 28 September 4

Details: Shop for locally grown produce, meats, and cheese while enjoying live music and food trucks!

Hayley Gallery

Where: 270 E. Main Street New Albany, OH 43054

Details: Named the  “Best Art Gallery” by readers of Alive. This gallery features great local artists and 19’ ceilings. It flows into the great restaurant ella!

Thompson Park

Where: 5600 Thompson Road Columbus, OH 43230

Details: Thompson Park is a great destination for sports enthusiasts.  There are 59 acres offering tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, a playground, and full-size athletic fields!

The New Albany Classic

When: Sunday September 21 10am-5pm

Details: Enjoy a day of family fun and the New Albany Classic Invitational and Grand Prix. Concerts, food trucks, petting zoo, and equestrian jumping!

Details: eat local. love art. This delicious restaurant features local food and seasonal dishes for a fresh taste! Located next to the Hayley Gallery, it could also make for a great stop for date night!
